« Très bel hôtel ultra propre. Accueil chaleureux. Excellent petit déjeuner avec de la fantaisie. Un peu éloigné de l'autoroute 81 mais ça vaut le détour! En début de semaine 5 a 7 avec entrées et boissons. Super! »

« Older motel with upgrades- nice. Keep on upgrading , Rome wasn't built in a day. Wife says to put electric plug outlet in bathroom. Also maybe use a Swiffer for the new floors. Look into putting handle on wall for shower also. Latter on down the list of things to do would be replacing entry door / hard ware. Keep up the hard work, it will pay off. »

« Found garbage from previous renter on a shelf above refrigerator and microwave in our room. When taken to front desk, we were told " no, it isn't, I just cleaned the room! " I took it that she thought the garbage was ours, which is an insult to the renter. No heat turned on in the room. Freezing cold in room. Sat in vehicle 45 mins to keep warm while the room heated enough to at least go in the room. My cat went under the bed and came out with dust bunnies. I looked and saw floor was covered in...

« Very clean and had just about everything you needed! The gas heater kept the whole place warm but there were plenty of blankets to keep warm under too. Definitely would recommend for a weekend away! »

« Feels like a big tree house. I stayed with my four teen/adult children and it was a comfortable size for us, with two in the first-floor bedroom, two in the loft, and one in the basement bedroom. Cute, clean kitchen, roomy bathroom with a good shower, gorgeous main living space. Nice selection of game options indoors as well as outdoors (we loved the big tree swing and archery, had fun trying the zip line but it needs repair). So many lovely little rooms and spaces to sit and relax both inside...

« I believed I was renting a luxury retreat. What we found at the property was not as described. It was located on a very busy highway that you heard all day and night. The gourmet kitchen had outdated appliances and no room for groceries. The bed linens were poor quality and the mattresses were horrible. There were no dressers or benches for luggage. The bathrooms had no fans and the master bath had a window that looked straight into the dining room. The pool, Hottub and spa were as depicted. The...

« The location was easy to get to, right off the main road. Close to shopping and local boutiques that Betsy shared with me. The place is cozy and Betsy had it fully stocked with snacks, coffee and other niceties. I especially liked the porch area to enjoy the creek views with my doggy. There was not anything I needed while I was there, Betsy provided it all. My dog enjoyed the close quarters. It only took him a day to sniff out the new environment. That's important when staying so far from home....

« This is an old downtown hotel which is neat area. I like looking at downtown’s in every city I go. The hotel doesn’t seem too busy but works for my event. I might have been the only person there this time. The room was clean but other areas not so much. Have bought light bulbs before because there was only 1 wimpy one in the room. »

« Time to invest in some upgrades. Guests shouldn't have to compromise when it comes to their privacy, e.g., master bedroom curtains. Guests shouldn't have to leave an overhead light on to use the ceiling fan at night. Guests shouldn't have to hunt for bath towels. If you're housekeeper isn't changing beds based on usage, maybe it's time for a new housekeeper. We won't be back based on the property. »
